Personal Training

Let's get physical in the gym for in-person training 1 on 1 with the coach where you get the maximal attention from the coach based on personalized program planned to achieve what you want and what you need. This could be done virtually where via Skype call the coach will guide and instruct you towards your fitness goals. Support will be given to clients constantly along with nutrition coaching.

Recommended for:

1. Those who need physical guidance, or/and

2. Beginners, or/and

3. Able to meet with the coach

Remote Training

Personalized training program will be provided in a monthly or mesocycle basis. Trainees are expected to self-train and then update the datasheets and do check-ins with the coach. Reviews on exercise technique will be given based on recordings provided by the trainees. Nutrition coaching will also be provided.

Recommended for:

1. Those who already have some training experience, or/and

2. Training schedule unable to match with the coach's, or/and

3. Requires little attention and guidance on the techniques

Hybrid Training

This is the combination of personal training and remote training where trainees train with the coach 1:1 either on-site or virtually a few times during the program period while majority of the time they are expected to self-train. 

Recommended for:

1. Those who already have some training experience, or/and

2. Training schedule unable to match with the coach's, or/and

3. Requires little attention and guidance on the techniques but may need extra attention for certain training days due to the intensity or complexity of the exercises. Hence, extra care needed.

Seminars/Webinars

Educational sessions are of generic topics or designed specially for the audience based on the requests. From time to time, webinar series are conducted by the coach on Zoom/Skype for general public. Corporate companies are welcome to contact the coach for more information.
